Gemini Season begins May 20. Just 24 hours before, the waning Taurus sun squares the bold moon in Leo for one last moon phase. We saw this same moon phase on 4/20, so consider this Part 2: the revisitation. The moon will rise at noon, peak at dusk, and set at midnight in all time zones.

At the first quarter, we decide what to carry forward from the new moon. Quarter phases clarify our plans. The moon is waxing, gathering momentum for the full moon. Get ready for the biggest supermoon of the year on May 26.

I donā€™t know about you, but round 1 of this moon phase was really, really tough for me. When fixed constellations get together in the sky, we experience greater passion, strength, and conviction. But how/where/when to channel this stone and fire? Listen closely for the right moment to respond, and in the right way. The moon in Leo makes us more playful and childlike, but an overdose of Leo can manifest as aggression or inflammation.

If your heart is heavy, look within rather than without. Leo is about ego, identity, and narrative. It is time to get real with ourselves. We are the only ones getting in our own way, emotionally or psychologically speaking.

Donā€™t let petty arguments or disagreements get you down. Trust your inner voice. Be solid like Taurus.
